Muscle Building Challenge

Hey all! I started a 9 weeks muscle building challenge as of the 14/7.  So far I’m absolutely loving every minute of my training and the excitement of a new challenge has me motivated to train hard each session I do. I have taken a before shot and will be taking a picture at the end of the 9 weeks to show the progress I have made with not just the changes to my training but the changes I have made to my nutrition as well! Sometimes the same old boring routine has us lacking motivation to get to the gym or where ever our desired training arena is. I challenge you to set yourself a goal and change things up, remember if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you! Have a great week everyone!
